Hot Water Tank

Bottom Element
The owners of this hot water tank felt that it wasn't heating like it had in the past. I quickly determined that there was a large build-up of sediment in the bottom of the tank. This build-up eventually shorted out the heating element. No problem. I cleaned out all the sediment, replaced the heating element with a brand new one and changed the anode for good measure. Managed to save the customer a bunch of money on a new tank. Another happy customer!
